Condor Townhomes on Tennyson is named for the endangered California Condor, which is the largest bird in North America. The California Condor is one of the world’s rarest bird species.

The Condor Townhomes are located on Tennyson Street in a hip area known as Berkeley.  Tennyson Street is home to some of Denver’s most popular restaurants and art galleries as well as a short distance to beautiful lakes and parks.  This location also offers convenient access to I-70 allowing for an easy commute to downtown Denver and the mountains.  Celebrated as one of Denver’s most vibrant neighborhoods, Tennyson Street is renowned for its distinctive character that is both artistic and energetic.

First Stone Development once again retained the award-winning services of Hive Architects to design the twenty-six state-of-the-art townhomes.  In keeping with the trendy atmosphere of Tennyson Street, the exterior of Condor Townhomes will integrate brick, wood and metal creating a dynamic textural design.   Townhomes will range in size from 1,100 to 1,800 square feet, with a total buildable of 32,150 square feet.  Each townhome will feature three levels with an attached single-car garage and rooftop space to take in all the breathtaking views that Denver has to offer.
