First Stone Development’s landmark residential project features three full-floor, luxury loft condos and a restaurant on ground level. First Stone Development worked closely with the Landmark’s Preservation Commission and historic preservation experts to ensure that this historic building stayed true to its original character. The lofts were gutted, renovated and restored to transcend the original construction and design. Each condominium home featured direct elevator access and open floor plans with 14-foot ceilings and hardwood floors.
