First Stone assembled five lots in Williamsburg, New York. This 80,000 square foot, mixed-use project included 75 units offering an eclectic use of indoor and outdoor space. This project also included parking for 66 cars, a swimming pool, health club, screening room, storage space, rooftop gardens, and retail space on the ground floor.
