Using award-winning design materials, the Attorney Street project changed the look of the Lower East Side, spurring development of numerous modern and bold high-rise condominium projects throughout the City. All 35 units were sold and occupied in less than a year, and Mr. Taub was able to report triple-digit returns to investors; many of which opted to roll-over their returns to other First Stone Development projects.
