First Stone Development purchased and assembled a corner lot on 3rd Avenue and East 22nd Street by acquiring contiguous available air rights and adjoining properties to comprise a 145,000 square foot condominium project. First Stone also obtained approved plans and a 10-year Tax Abatement for the project site. The proposed 20-story building featured a total of 110 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. Gramercy Park has become an enclave for professional couples and singles gravitating toward this vibrant Manhattan community.
