Saola Townhomes, located in the highly sought Sloan’s Lake neighborhood, marked First Stone’s initial venture in Denver’s real estate market. Denver Design Build, a preeminent Denver contracting company and recipient of many local awards of distinction, were hired as the general contractor. The townhomes varied in size from 1,212 to 1,751 square feet, with a total buildable of 24,206 square feet.
